Service Design Award
Our introductory level course in Service Design offers short courses in user research, service design tools and methods, co-design, and a work-based project. Each short course equates to 40 hours of study including an introductory session, pre-reading, learning materials, two day dynamic bootcamp and assessment. Students can opt to attend a 2 day bootcamp on campus or study online (further information to follow).

Service Design Bootcamps
Non-accredited bootcamps are available for our User Research, Tools and Methods and Co-Design short courses. Each bootcamp is an immersive two day learning experience where participants will be introduced to service design approaches through dynamic and interactive workshops.
Service Design Taster Day
Through dynamic and interactive workshops this taster course will introduce you to service design, the tools and methodologies. Our courses and events aim to foster design leadership, build service design capacity and create a community of practitioners.[/vc_column_text]
