Our Taster Day will introduce you to the ideas, methods and techniques of service design.
You will work in teams to learn basic methods of user research. Our discovery trip will take you out onto the streets and help you understand why some services work brilliantly, while others simply don’t.
You will identify how service design can help you in your own professional work. You’ll be tutored by experts who will share their insights and inside knowledge. They will explain how you can begin to connect to the world of service design and be part of a growing international community.
This Taster Day will inform you, inspire you and motivate you, as a professional change maker. In itself it’s a great value introduction, an all-around taster, but if you want to take it further we will give you £200 credit towards the course fee of our Professional Development Award (PDA) in Service Design starting in January 2019 if you sign up to the PDA before 30 November 2018.
This high-energy taster day will give you a sound overview of service design, you’ll get to know the tools and terminology and be supported with putting them into practice by our tutors.
Why not join us get to get a taste of how service design can make a real difference.
