PDA in Service Design Award
Our introductory level course in Service Design offers units in user research, service design tools and methods, co-design, and a work-based project. Each unit equates to 40 hours of study including an introductory session, pre-reading, learning materials, two day dynamic bootcamp and assessment. Students can opt to attend a 2 day bootcamp on campus or study online.

Service Design Units
We offer individual units in User Research, Co-Design and Service Design Tools and Methods. Each short course equates to 40 hours of study including an introductory session, pre-reading, learning materials, two day dynamic bootcamp and assessment. Course Fee for each individual unit is £850.

Service Design Mindset
This 2 day course is for anyone who hasn’t used Service Design before and wants an energetic, hands-on and insightful introduction.
Service Design Taster Day
Through dynamic and interactive workshops this taster course will introduce you to service design, the tools and methodologies. Our courses and events aim to foster design leadership, build service design capacity and create a community of practitioners. The fee for this course is fully refundable against a successful application to the Service Design Award.

Tools for Problem Solving and Innovation
This 2 day course if for anyone who hasn’t used Service Design Tools and Methodologies before and wants an energetic, hands-on and insightful introduction.
Applicable for public, private and third sector organisations who want to drive innovation and problem solve on a whole different level.

Learning to Listen to Your Customers
Learning to listen to your customers is designed to introduce you to the key approaches and principles of user research within a service design process. We will explore the rationale behind the use of user research and how important it is to consider all stakeholders when designing the right thing, and the thing right.
This 2 day course is relevant for all those organisations who realise the importance of learning to listen to their customers across private, public and third sectors.

The Co-Design Playground
This 2 day course is for leaders across all spectrums who are looking to unlock the true potential in others. An action packed trip into the playground of co-design and the benefits it can offer your organisation.
Applicable for those in a professional role with responsibility for service delivery and for those who wish to engage service users and communities in decision making through creative processes.
