Kim began her career in graphic design,  after graduating with a degree in Computer Arts. It was taking part in design sprints that inspired her to learn more about design thinking, which led to her studying a Masters in Design for Business.

Robbie has a background in product design and business, developed through his studies in BSc (Hons) in Product Design and MSc Design for Business, and through running his own human-centred design consultancy service.

Following a 20-year career in senior sales management roles with local, regional and national newspapers, Maralyn led national corporate partnerships and special events with Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and Maggie’s.

Alison has accumulated a wealth of administration experience through various roles in different campuses at Dundee and Angus College. She has worked with us since our inception and has been involved with all aspects, providing full administrative support.

John couples a background in applied science with a love of service design, alongside 15 years of experience in teaching and coaching.

Jo has a degree in Printed Textile Design, a Master of Design and a PhD. Jo has used her expertise and understanding of design thinking and service design in a number of roles including researching the movement, comfort and protection of ballistic wear for police officers.

Katie graduated in Law, before completing a Masters in Leadership and Innovation where she discovered her love for service design. Katie joined us when we launched, contributing to the co-creation of the course content for our PDA, and subsequently in our growth and development.
